Climate Adaptation through Genomic Selection

This project investigates the social and ecological factors that shape the acceptance of novel gene technologies for environmental management. This work is motivated by a central question: should humans adapt nature to climate change?

In this project, I combine theoretical frameworks from environmental sociology and science and technology studies with an ecologically-embedded case study to generate novel insights into the risks and benefits of genomics-informed climate adaptation.
